Hi there,
I just got my new 9900 and I am setting it up. It asked for my blackberry ID, so I entered it and it keeps rejecting it. So, I went to blackberry.com and signed in - no problem, the ID and password are correct. Am I doing something stupid? I am on try 5 of 10....

OK - Figured it out. It had been switched on to unlock it, so I had to wipe the device before it would let me use my user ID
