    Ok, so i have had my bold 9900 for a little while now and last night was the THIRD time I have gotten the blackberry.com/102 white screen. It renders my phone completely useless until i get home, wipe it and reload/restore.

    Are other people having this problem or should i go take the phone back already! I do have warrenty so they would just hand me a new one.

    All I can say is im sure glad I back my phone up daily or this problem would screw me hard, with no lube!

    If still in warranty then get it replaced.
    Small problems may accumulate to one big problem.

    I get the message every once in a blue moon....I just hit reset and it boots up fine
