I ran Blackberry app world on my Bold 9930 yesterday for the first time and accepted the term and conditions. Once I click on "My World" it asks for me to accept the terms and conditions again..Once I click "Accept" it shows "Please wait..." and then it doesn't do anything.

I go to click "My World" again and it does the same thing.

I want to start downloading Apps but it is getting frustrating.

Please, any help would be greatly appreciated

Return phone to store say OEM blackberry software is defective. If they don't want to take it back show them right then and there that you aren't lying.

What if I bought it from Verizon through the Phone? Do I just ask them to send me another one? or will they do the switch in stores?

In canada through rogers what they do is you call and tell them to send you a new one if under warrenty. when they send it they include a box to send the old one back in, and prepay the shipping. Dont forget to send the old one back though, or your next phone bill will have an extra phone charged to it. Not sure if verizon has the same
