    When I go to the "Pictures" icon then select Properties it will show the memory usage for the internal memory, and the media storage card. There is a white box called "other" that is using a huge amount of memory. More than anything else. Do any of you know what that is?

    Every file type that doesn't fit one of the pre-defined categories.

    One thing is that when I take the card out and look in it with windows explorer there is nothing there. All the other files are there but not the 700MB that are assigned to the "White" box in the memeroy usage section. Of course in the phone itself there is no way to explore it either.

    Make sure on the PC in folder options you check off "View hidden and system files".
