I currently am running a Q10 and Z10, both unlocked. Up until about a week ago, I was able to insert the SIM card into my Bold 9900 and use it with no issue.

Now when I attempt to use the Bold, I do not get the BB symbol, even after logging in with my BB ID. When attempting to use any email account, I immediately receive a message that the account has been suspended.

I called AT&T customer service and was advised to wipe the Bold and set up as new...still doesn't work.

Any help would be appreciated!!

If you don't get the BB symbol, the SIM is not correctly provisioned.
Pls. triple-check if AT&T changed something related to your subscription.

Is BIS still active? As both the Z10 and Q10 no longer require BIS did AT&T delete it off your account? I've retained BIS as I use my 9900 as a back up, I just never told my carrier that I switched devices as I bought my Z10 outright from another source. Positioning of the SIM could be the issue also.

I'm currently on the unlimited BlackBerry plan and have made no changes to my account. When I called AT&T I specifically asked her what plan and confirmed that it was the BlackBerry plan. I will try again and make sure that the SIM card was properly aligned.
