I'm having trouble receiving calls on my BlackBerry, call forwarding is enabled. I've tried turning call forwarding off, but I keep getting an "Operation Failed" when opening it. Help would be appreciated

hello, the forwarding call is a standard thing let it on that is a carrier configuration.

do this,
go to the screen like when you are going to make a call, without making the call at the top of the screen see if the is a band that says: LINE 2. id it says line 2 that is why you can�t make calls, go with the mouse to that and push in line 2 and change it to line 1 an then you can make calls

Which screen? The screen with my contacts and recent calls doesn't have any Line 2.

Recent call, I know that you don't have to lines, but sometimes it get change
