    Hello,

I recently have an problem with my Blackberry Bold 9900. I haven't used it for 2 months because i got a new phone. But when i turn the phone on i can't open anything with the trackball or type with the keyboard. The touchscreen works fine. If i lock the phone with the button on the top and unlock it, the keyboard and trackball works again. If i still was using the device it won't be much of an issue for me but since i'm selling it, i want it to be fixed.
I already did an factory reset and updated the OS. Problem remains.

I hope you understand and can help me out!

    Hi and welcome tom CrackBErry!
Sounds like a bad OS install. I would try again, using an official OS for your carrier. If the problem persists, maybe it is a hardware problem.
