    Hi everyone. I'm kinda new using BB and got a BB 9900. I want my device to be on the condition of just been unboxed. I mean like never used one. Tried wiping but didn't work, just deleted the apps I loaded and mails etc.

    Btw sorry for my weak English, I hope you get what I mean.

    Sorry but it didn't work for me. I followed the command written on the site and then a command screen popped up something like RIM was was its header and then faded. nothing happened to my device. no reset no anything no change at all. just working fine like it did.
