    I have a bold 9900 I cant set up the email account, when i go into accounts i get Enterprise activation screen and no other choice so can't set up so no set up wizard how do I get round this. IT policy is disabled.

    What device you are using? Blackberry Bold 9900
    What OS or Firmware is your device running on? 7.1 Bundle 2807 v7.1.0.1033
    What steps have you taken already to try to fix the issue? I wiped the BB and updated version
    If the issues are with a certain app, what version of the app are you running? Email
    Are there any specific error messages you get? If so, what are they? no

    Check if your network provider still have BIS. Your phone needs BIS in order to set it up email. Otherwise go to stickies where there is a thread for setting up email without BIS.

    When you are in Blackberry Bold 9900 forum, and if you are on your computer, there should be a few threads on top of the thread list and are permanently displayed there. The thread for email without BIS is one of those.
    If you are using the CB app on you phone, pull down the page a bit when in the Bold 9900 forum to reveal the stickies tab and hit it.

    You will always get a much better user experience on the 9900 with BIS, that's how these legacy BlackBerry devices were designed to be run.

    I’ve unlocked the EE network and updates to v7.1 I’ve now configured my gmail but I also want to add my iCloud email is that possible ?

    Managed to load gmail and outlook email addresses but can’t load iCloud email can anyone help ?
