    I've recently just upgraded to a blackberry bold 9790 and it's been working fine until today it's suddenly decided to freeze on the blackberry start up screen about 3/4 of it loaded and will not load anymore. I've tried taking the battery out and restarting it but it will not continue any further. Help would be much appreciated. Thanks x

    Do you have the latest OS for your phone on your pc/laptop?
