I bought a 2nd hand BlackBerry Bold 9930 and I wanted to install WhatsApp.

When I opened the BlackBerry App World I got a notification saying
Blackberry appworld has been blocked please contact your administrator.
I've been looking for a solution and I got something related to IT Policy. I tried looking on the BlackBerry to see what I can do and I couldn't do anything. I got tired of trying and I Wiped all of the data on the BlackBerry. Now this time it only says App World has been blocked. This is also happening with BlackBerry Messenger. It wouldn't let me open it, before the Factory Reset (Wiped Data), because of an IT Policy but now it also says BlackBerry Messenger has been blocked.

    How do I fix this?

    Welcome to the forums!

Your 2nd had Bold was part of somebody's corporate network and has an IT policy on it.

Follow the steps on this post and you should be able to get rid of it!
