    So I dropped my Blackberry 9900 a while back and it shatterrd the screen in the top left corner and took a chunk out of the outer screen the touchscreen and display still work though and some gold metal is exposed in the crack. So when I turned it on it loaded and then comes up with app error 602 and option to reset and when i click reset it reboots and app errorr again. Hellppp
