i am having the same problem, actually a lot of new 9900 Bold are being shipped with the proprietary Black Berry maps not working at all>>> My maps aren't on my menu but if I search for them I can find them but when I open it I just get a white screen and It says unknown error when I try to find a location. i did the uninstall and reinstall through DM and still having the same problem. can any one help? Rim!
