I just wiped my 9930 with BBSAk. I've installed the new 9930 7.0.0.362 on my computer, however, when I click on Load OS on BBSAK, it gives me an "NO OS Found." What am I doing wrong with this? Do I have to put the loaded OS in a certain file location to be recognized? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I am fairly new to wiping my device, however, I have been reading the other post. I did delete the vendor.xml file and it still does not work! I've also deleted the file and tried to use the Loader.exe, sitll nothing. Anyways, thanks for the quick reply.

That's the one that's hidden? I tried to find that one as well and was unsuccessful. I guess I'll just wait for the official Verizon.

Saved this from an earlier post-sorry, don't remember who originally posted it to give them credit...
    Vendor.xml Locations:
    C:\Users\*user name*\AppData\Roaming\Research In Motion\BlackBerry\Loader XML
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader

    Good Luck!

make sure 362 is the only one actually installed by checking control panel - programs. Uninstall any other versions.
