Help, my Bold OS just told me an update for BBM was ready, which I did. Now BBM has disappeared from the icons.

Blackberry app world says it is installed an d does not give me the option to delete or re-install.

If I send a BBM to my device from another it says it is delivered on the other device but I do not receive it. I have tried pulling the battery several time.

Please help !!

Not sure this will work, but worth a try. Download, unzip, place the folder on your SD, navigate to the jad using file manager, and click.

Tanks for the help - I managed to sort it by going into setup, applications and then delete from there - was only trying blackberry world before.

Go to BB World / my world and check BB messenger .
( you should see upgrade available ).

I can't update BBM using BBW with my old ID and i don't want to format my bb 9900 (purchases, settings etc.) So i need the installation file.
