    It has always been on, it comes pre-loaded on the 9900 (with rogers forsure, and other I believe)

    Re-load your OS, its in every OS. And make sure you have it checked off when your doing the update/reload

    BB Protect is "baked into" OS7. I also tried downloading it from App World but got the same message. I ended up finding it in the Applications folder. Even though it's baked in, it still needs to be set up to properly function, so don't forget about it!

    No, he's right. Came on my TMO device stock but somewhere along the line, it wasn't in the leaks, anymore.

    My solution for myself two days ago: download the latest OTA BBProtect from Rroyy's site. Google Rroyy's site.

    Works perfectly again.

    Yes, it's available. Do note though that if you are on BES it will not work.
