    Dears,
    My BB 9900 is not scrolling all page although the touch screen is working well, as well the touch pad.
    i tried to update device software but still the same problem.

    Maybe the screen froze or didn't load properly (in the case of an app or webpage)? battery pull and see what happens? OS 7.1 was pretty stable... whenever i encountered such problems battery pull always solved this issue.
