    Hi guys,

    I got a personal BB 9900. The problem begins when I start trying to set up my personal email account. I needed also to restore my bbm contacts.

    The problem is, once I get to the setup screen that gives me the two options:

    a) INTERNET MAIL ACCOUNT

    B) ENTERPRISE ACCOUNT

    I cannot select the first option, only the second one.

    I have internet access on my plan, and I can navigate the web without any trouble.

    Why cannot select the first one?

    Have you tried going into your BIS login page? You can also call your carrier and ask to be escalated to BlackBerry Data Support.

    Known bug with some of the OS 7 devices. Either call, or hit your carriers BIS page.

    I had that problem. I called Verizon and they re-sent service books. Fixed it.

    Call your carrier and have them reset your device. Easy fix.
