    Since updated the OS 2 days ago my phone runs out of power within 4 hours although the battery is less than 2 months old. There are no apps running in the background as far as I can see - how do I find out? Help please as the phone in unusuable.

    Why don't you just go back to the OS you were using and see how long it last or redownload the new OS and install it again? Do not shrink it.
