With all the chatter about battery and memory issues on the 99xx series. I decided to start tracking mine for others to see and maybe learn from. I have zero issues with my battery and memory consumption.

I started with a fresh reboot and full battery charge. I will update later on this afternoon and tonight.

Remember this is the start. I already have usage today prior to the reboot and full charge.

Almost 6 hours later... I had to do a reboot because Quicklaunch froze on me. This usually eats up some battery life.

Im considering selling my 9900 due to the storage memory leak problems. I really hope that some good can come out of this thread, because if my phone continues to require reboots midday, I won't be a blackberry user for long

So far I've had no memory leak since I bought this device almost 4 weeks ago. Sometimes you have to look at which apps you have.

I had no memory leaks at all. I have no idea why some people having issues with this. I did had a good battery life with Telus stock OS and now with the leaked OS 7.1 my battery life has improved about 40% which make it extremely good. AT 10:00 PM now my battery is at 60%, which is extremely good. This is even better than Bold 9700 for me.

Ok... so this my last post for posting my screenshots. I did this for 2 two days with no application installations, only 1 reboot, and only charging it once last night. I'm pretty comfortable saying I have some pretty good numbers on the board for usage. My battery life has never been a problem until I did this. I noticed a slight drop in battery life by about 8% each of the 2 days because of Meterberry.
