- I used mine for nearly 1.5 hours while in the red before it turned radio off, over 30 minutes of browsing too so it wasn't just idle.08-22-11 05:15 AMLike 0
- Nothing happens when I start up my Application Management screen :-/
Regardless, unplugged at 7.20am it's now 11.20am. Down to 75%.
Wifi, GPS and Bluetooth are OFF. Received about 5 BBM group messages. Sent two SMS's and checked UberSocial a few times.
Awful tbf. I'm gonna run the battery right down to 0% today to see if that helps as when I reboot, I gain a few % which probably shows that the software needs calibrating or whatever08-22-11 05:19 AMLike 0 - Leaked .340 has been superb! After 18 hours or so, battery is sitting at 76%. SS and Berryweather polling every 30 minutes, a few calls, texts, etc. I'm very impressed with the battery life on this fantastic device. One tip: If you're not using Social Feeds, delete it. Adds to battery drain even when not used.08-22-11 06:02 AMLike 0
- I have a lot of auto-updating apps and with heavy usage of 13 hours I had a good third left by the end of the day. Battery life on the 9900 is not going to be a problem for me.08-22-11 07:33 AMLike 0

- Holy crap! I know when my batt acts funky ill pull the battery a few times to get the ghost spots out (people say liion batteries don't have them but I think otherwise) then charge it again and I get real good life after that for the day.

Where can I find than ? Cause it seems like I am blind
But anyway my battery live at official Voda 296 is crap. Unpluged from charger about 21:00 last evening. Wi-fi for 15min, no phone calls, 10 SMS, one download from Superstore via App and at the moment I got 20%.
Compareing to 9780 it is tragedyLast edited by Strus; 08-22-11 at 08:42 AM.
08-22-11 08:39 AMLike 0 - Wow at that rate your batt will die after dinner with little use. That's like 6% an hour on very light use. Try the battery thing I posted a few posts back

The only apps I have running in the background are ExtraKeys and Ubersocial. Ubersocial isn't set up to refresh in the background though.
EDIT: Just done a battery pull and it's gone up to 54%Last edited by BBFTW88; 08-22-11 at 08:56 AM.

- yeah but so was the 9650. this is the same stuff that we went through, some people claiming excellent batt life and some(most) complaining of not being able to get through the day.
some say os's will fix this issue but i have run almost every os ever dropped for the 9650 both 5 and 6 and also a few hybrids and still got shotty life.
i finally broke down and bought the 2600 battery from seidio and that this is how long a phone should last.
extremely heavy use and you go home after 10-12 hrs and still have 20-30% life left for going out with the friends or fam.08-22-11 08:57 AMLike 0 - yeah sometimes battery pulls straighten the battery out. one day i pulled my battery about 8 times in a row. first it dropped 13%, then raised 8 then down 4 then up 4. it was all over the place, lol08-22-11 08:59 AMLike 0

Off charger at 7:00am. Image taken shortly after 10:00am. Was on WiFi for about 20 minutes at home this morning. Very light usage so far today so the life hasn't go down too much. Battery down to 94% when image taken.
I expected better batter life than my Storm2 but the 9930 has been about the same. It gets me through the work day but I was hoping to have something closer to the life of my old Curve. I knew it would not be that good but I was hoping for 1 1/2 days maybe 2.
I do have Smart WiFi and myFunambol Sync running in the background. Funambol is set to only sync every 8 hours though.Last edited by skynny70; 08-22-11 at 09:30 AM. Reason: more info

1) Where can I find the Application Activity screen?
2) How do I capture a screen shot?
I have screen capture through my Quick Launch App. I am not sure how to use the one native to OS7 as I didn't know there was one.
CaptureIt is a free screen capture app you can download though.08-22-11 09:39 AMLike 0 - I am very interested in this subject.
