Earlier today I did a FULL backup of my Bold 9900 due to issues w/setting up my work email on the device.
After spending a while on the phone with my service provider's tech support, and the Desktop Software crashing each time I tried to update it, then doing a security wipe... I decided to call it quits and just restore everything and continue using the device until I had more time to spend on the issue.
Did the restore, but no media was restored. I don't have an SD card, so it wiped out all my pictures/videos/etc.
Question is: doesn't a FULL backup back up all the data, including pictures?
