    Please see the attached screenshot. I have installed Blackberry OS update onto my computer, but Blackberry Desktop Software does not show it as an available version and thus I am unable to upgrade my device's software.

    Please offer your suggestions, many thanks!

    if you run win7 64 bit go to crogram files(86):common files:reserch in motion:apploader and delete vendor.xml
    then make invisible file visible and go to c:usersuser name):appdata:roaming:reserch in motion:blackberry:loaderXML and delete and the other vendor.xml file

    I use Windows 7 x64 and i never had the second vendor file

    some os does not have a second vendor.xml file, some other have.
