    My blackberry has ceased synchronising with my windows 7 laptop. I uninstalled and reinstalled the software. Now I am getting a message saying The application loader wizard requeirs the Blackberry Device Manager to be installed. Please contact customer support.
    Of course...I cannot find anyone in customer support to help- SO hoping someone can assist in finding this BB device manager software

    I had that problem once before.uninstall your current desktop software.shut the pc down and restart it.then redownload desktop software and reinstall.then trry and sync your phone.that worked for me.
