Hi...

Since few weeks I got an error message while I'm trying to refresh my application list on App World..it show this message " An error occured while updating your application list".

This error still showing & I can't find updates for my apps.

Some application like Blackberry Protect not allowing me to Download and giving error downloading message.

I format the device and still the issue coming.

I can't also find my purchased apps on uninstalled list for my Blackberry ID.

Just to know this error happened when i change my screen name on blackberry ID setting .


Is there any solution?!

try deleting appworld and redownloading from your phones browser

I tried to reinstall but the same issue..

I think the problem is from my Blackberry ID..... The device can't get all my uninstalled apps from my ID..... also my purchased apps...

How can I contact RIM for this problem ?

uhm have you moved your sim/blackberry id onto a new blackberry? i dont think they carry the apps over so you wont have them on your new device
