    I bought a used 9900 . I have try to buy a new app. Could not finish. Because it set to bill the purchase to Att . I can not chain that . So does anyone know how to fix this

    When you sign on to BBW you need to specify your billing information. You did not see this screen. There should be a setting in your options to change billing info? It's been so long since I had my 9930 so I can't be sure of the exact location....

    Go to "setup>Payment and Billing", from where you can change the billing info.
