I'd replace it, but that takes time and I don't have another Verizon phone to activate right now. Plus, I ordered it off Amazonwireless so I'd have to mail it in and such... Unless Verizon will give me a loaner til things sort out. But I know in order for Verizon reps to give me a loaner/replacement, I'd have to recreate the problem and prove to them something is wrong. Which is difficult since the problem occurs sporadically...
