Since I also use a Playbook, my 9930 will suit me just fine. This isn't to say that I'm not impressed with BB10 or am not tempted to use a transfer upgrade from my other line to get a new BB10 I guess we'll see officially tomorrow about the various devices available and then I'll base my decision on that. I'm not due for an upgrade until September. But still, my 9930 and Playbook are a formidable combo. I still longingly gaze at my 9930 on occasion and think" hot dang, this is one pretty looking device." I had someone tell me the other day, using their 4G LTE SIII, how slow my 9930 appeared and that's why they couldn't go back to BB. I was like, "hello? 3G vs 4G. Of course your phone is faster. That's obvious." Upon a Wi-Fi test, my 9930 held its own. It was just slightly slower than the SIII, and I mean slightly.

So yeah, I'll be sticking with my 9930/Playbook combo for a bit...

I am still very very happy with my 9900 so I will not be upgrading unless I win the lottery to buy the phone outright

Of course I am very excited about the new BB10 too. I'd even say I might buy the X10 as soon as it hits the shelves. However, considering my Bold being not even a year old (bought April'12) at the full price-tag of ~500, I am not sure if I now want to dash out another 500 bucks for yet another new device. Especially since I am mostly satisfied with my 9900, there are only a few minor (software) things which I hope BB10 will do better. Calendar synchronization would be the top 1 thingy there.

hanging onto my 9900 for at least a week. I don't want to be tricked like I was with the BlackBerry PlayBrick (os1). I want real hands on with real devices. none of these renders of skype apps and "may not represent final product." OS1 was a $700 paperweight. never again.

I'm very excited about BB10, but I'll most likely wait for Oct, when I qualify for an upgrade before I get a BB10 device.

Hopefully by then I'd be able to play around with the all touch and/or Qwerty one and be decided on which one I want.

Stuck with my 9930 until August when I am eligible for an upgrade. At that time, I will decide which new phone to get. If BB10 works out well, I'll stay with RIM. If not......

As much as I love my 9930, I will be making the switch to BB10. Its just time for a change. It will be my first ALL touch screen phone and the first time I purchased a smartphone that was not considered past its prime . I will use the 9930 for a backup and sell my current backup. like new 9650 + accessories.

I've only had my 9900 for 8 months. Still have a 9300. Just got a PB. Love using them together. I might trade in the older models if the qwerty x10 is priced reasonably.

I have a 9900 and a 9800 that I use. I will be activating the BB10 on to the 9800 service, and keep the 9800 as a backup phone in case I need it. From what I read I have a very postive outlook about the BB10.

i'm lost tbh! I dont know if i want the Z10 now or later. I LOVE my 9900 got it the day it came out and never regretted it! Even though i screwed it up while doing a update over wifi, i followed steps and fixed it in no time! My battery life is amazing my bootup time is amazing, i barley even have to reboot it but yeah its a great phone. I'll probably just wait till more apps come out then i'll decided but right now the 9900 does the job

Although I am drooling at the idea of a new BB10, I cannot upgrade until mid Sept. So I am keeping my 9930 and enjoying it! I LOVE my 9930 and I really can't see me giving it up unless I can buy a bb10 outright for CHEAP (which isn't happening, I'm sure!) As for which version, always thought it would be a Q10 but I think I will go and try both of them out as another poster here suggested and see which fits my hand and thumbs better!!! Gotta be a one-handed device for me as I like to text (under my desk)while trying to work. SHssh. Don't tell the boss!

Yeah, I have another year on my contract, so it'll be at least that long. I prefer the qwerty keyboard, so I'd be waiting for that anyway. Also, experience has taught me that I don't want to be on the cutting edge. I'll probably treat myself to a Playbook, though.

I was looking forward to the new release, but once I found out the keyboard version wouldn't be available until April, I went ahead and purchased a 9900.

If I wanted a full touch device, I would keep my iPhone 5. Looking forward to receiving my 9900. Absolutely beautiful phone.

My current contract with T-Mobile doesn't expire until Dec 2013. This will give me a lot of time to look at BB10 devices and see how many quality useful (to me) apps come on board.

I'm happy with my 9900 as a phone, and software such as ShortcutMe keeps the geek in me happy.

But the lack of quality apps, tiny screen size and poor performance of RIMs facebook (when compaired to using the facebook app on the ipod touch) means that in around 6 months when my contract ends, I'll be jumping ship to apple.

I'm very, very disappointed that BB10 has essentially been launched as a 'start point' rather than a 'wow'. I'd like a phone that I could show to a colleague and have them think "fantastic - want one!" rather than "hmm, that's new and interesting, but still way behind the phone I've had for the past 2 yrs"

Sorry BB, but for me, you've blown it

(of course, if my spidey sense is wrong, and in 6 months time I'm seeing BB accessories filling the shelves and a wodge of 'industry standard' apps being readily available on some fantastic version of BBAppWorld, then obviously I'll be sticking with this platform. Unfortunately, I'm not willing to blindly stick with a company to hope that one day, they'll get around to providing what I need/want)

Nothing really wrong with my 9900 and to be honest after seeing kevins review I think the 9900 takes better natural pics than the z10. All of them looked grainy.

As much as I wanted a BB10, I've since changed my mind and I'm sticking with my 9900 for now.

Edit: Since Rogers offered to waive my upgrade fees, I couldn't turn down the 139$ Z10
