Had my new Bold 9930 for about a week. Noticed it felt warm at times. It stopped working completely and would not start and was replaced at the Verizon Wireless store. The rep had just moved to the area and the week before had replaced another Bold 9930 for the same reason while working in New Jersey. Is this a problem with this new device or the battery?
