I am not sure if this is the way it should be. I can feel a transition from the screen to the back and call end button. There is a little lip there. On the left side, the transition from the screen to phone and menu buttons are smooth.
Also, my finger can feel a lip between the steel trim and qwerty menu where the alt key is located. It is smooth every where else.
I am also having problems scrooling when I am in BBM. I know this could be an issue that can be fixed with an upgrade from Verizon when they release it. I am just worried about the trims getting caught on something and breaking.
I have a bell blackberry and i can also feel the little lip from the screen to the menu keys. I think the build quality will improve as time goes by but the very early units are subject to be a little iffy
