I connect 9930 with my Ford Escape Sync. A lot of people complain they can not hear me or I sound terrible. Called Ford Sync and thought it was the Sync. I nned this for work, so I bought a Motorola Blue tooth speaker. I know hear it sounds static and sounds terrible.
I thought it might have been Sync but same stuff with the Motorola.
    Any suggestions, please?
    Thanks.

Did-I was hoping that would fix it. Spoke with Verizon as well.

I have this problem as well. I can hear people just fine, but people can't hear me or say I sound like Donald Duck. It is intermittent, sometimes it works great. I am using 7.1.0.580, and a 2012 Escape. This also happened when I had a Curve 3G.

Its Ford, they put junk Bluetooth units in their vehicles.

I replaced mine with a 399 deck from Kenwood, I now sound amazing.

    Its not your device guaranteed.

It's not what I wanted to hear, but not unexpected. Both my vehicle and Blackberry are company issued. I'll just have to deal with it I guess.
