I have had my 9930 for a few months now. Liked it so far. For some reason the camera keeps quitting. I can open the camera icon, and it shows the regular camera screen, but you cant take a pic. I always have to do a battery pull to get the camera to work again, but it always quits after a few days. (sometimes not even that long.) I called Verizon and they told me I need to wipe the phone clean and re-load everything. I said heck no, I always have a world of problems getting my phone to sync with outlook when starting from square one. Anyone heard of this problem??????
