    My computer (Dell Latitude) is telling me I need a driver to tether to my 9930.
    Its searching for me but cant find it.

    Anyone know where I can find that driver?

    I suggest the Tether App. Although there are a lot of people who are cautious and worry that it may go against their carriers "rules", if you have an unlimited data plan still, and would only tether when you really need to and not be excessive with it, then it would be a whole lot cheaper.

    can I tether with the USB cable, or am I limited to Bluetooth?
    also, are there any WIFI Hotspot Apps

    with the Tether App you can connect to a PC or Mac via Bluetooth or USB. It gives you the option.

    It is not a a wifi hotspot though.
