Besides India, all those countries will be in the same region as far as Rim are concerned, so it might be the date for the priority carriers outside north america and there is still time for the states and canada to get it a bit before that.

On Facebook Axiom Telecom replied to a query from a member Imran Sayed, that 9900 will be released in Last week of August and not 15th August.
