I have not done a speed test yet

I can only assume H+ will be faster depending on etc. etc.

Just outta curiosity I ran a speed test and it was beautiful. There is no Bluetooth tethering so this was the traditional way using DM. I can't wait until the Mobile Hotspot feature gets rolled out and it looks like that will allow BT tethering too, if need be.

I see you are at Rogers and are tethering a 9900 via DM? For some reason I can't tether via my DM (Version 6.1.0.35) with my 9900 yet I can use the same software with a 9700 and I can tether. I'm also with Rogers and have a 6GB data plan...is there anything you needed to do with the actual 9900 to get it to be able to tether?
    Thanks

I tethered using my playbook, without doing a speed test, I noticed a significant increase in speed compared to my torch under 3G speeds. I'm with rogers using H+ connection
