    Can I use the new BlackBerry link for that? Then reload the new 9900 from link as well?

    The 9900 requires BlackBerry Desktop Software and does not work through link. If your 9900 is still in a condition to be read by your computer using the micro usb port, you can backup your device and restore the data on a new 9900 using the same software - BlackBerry Desktop Software.
