    My 9900 after restarting it's stuck while loads at 70% of the white line.
    I have to restart many times to solve.
    How can i fix this issue? Any app maybe? I had that since 7.0.
    I did many wipe but nothing. Sometime it happens.

    Time to be crazy and restart again.
    i waited max. 3 mins. After some restart it goes on. But i can't work so. I am worried everytime to restart or change battery. Software or hardware problem?
