    not sure why but sending text messages seem to take a while to actually send. as far as i can tell I am on the BIS (little BB logo by the service bars) and I am connected to the network (virgin mobile). any insight is to why this is happening would be great! this is an unlocked 9900 by the way. i would hope that doesn't make a difference though.

    How long have you been using this device?
    Do you have good reception when sending texts?
    Did you update the os ?
