I'm using a mac with os10.6.8. When I load the Desktop manager and hook up my 9900 by usb cable, the desktop manager says the bold 9900 is not connected and I can't save or back up my phone. Any help?

I'm on Lion, and often I have to use the back button on the Bold to get back to the black screen showing computer to phone connection, and then click "usb drive" rather than " charge only" so my mac knows to start BB desktop manager..

Has this been resolved? Im also on lion and still cant Backup. Gets hung up on social feeds....

I had the same issue with mine. Once I deleted desktop manager and all the network setting that it created... I did a fresh install and everything worked again. Hope that helps
