    So I just recently got a Bold 9900 with a t-mobile monthly 4g prepaid plan. I don't spend all of my time in the US so a contract doesn't work for me.

    I have been in Europe for a week now and almost everything worked fine, switched my BB on, got BIS and did my email through wifi. One thing that didn't work was installing apps through the mac desktop manager (error message). So as recommended, I reinstalled the os and restored the bb. The result is that I can install apps but lost the BIS. The logo disappeared. Email is completely down.

    T-Mobile refuses to help with the issue. They say it's not supposed to work for prepaid customers in the first place. Any ideas? I tried rebooting and registering (hrt) multiple times, no success.
