I am on 7.1 and have no complaints or issues. If it is not working out for you, I would downgrade.

7.1.0.74 here, awesome battery life, although BeWeather (free) and MeterBerry (paid) both turned off the voice capabilities of the phone. Deleted in App Mgmt, phone works again.

It's a leak, I knew this going in, so I'm still happy.

I had the voice thing happen the first day 7.1.0.74 came out. A battery pull fixed the problem, but I wasn't sure why it happened and went back to one of the newer 7.0.0.5** series. I use the BeWeather paid, and didn't know that may have been the problem.
