hello, i have had to change my BB9900 memory card, coz with the 16 GB it it is slow, frezees my main screen and works very slow, with the 4 GB instead, all goes fine. any suggestions ???

What class is each of your cards? Are they both class 4? Class 10? is the 16gb loaded with media/movies, while the 4gb has only document files?

16GB card needs to be formatted in the phone or its junk.

i just need to formatt the 16 GB, there is nothing important there. thanks for answer anyways.
card is SanDisk micro SD HC 1.

You could backup your files and format your 16GB memory card.
And then see's if it's working fine or a file is causing the issue.
