If this article is correct, does it mean the 9900 will have 2 different versions similar to the 9700 with 3G on at&t and T-Mobile?

I'm sure they're going to make it that way. All T-mobile 3G BlackBerries seem to have the AWS bands, I don't see why they would change it.

I believe the HSPA ver will be the same for TMO and AT&T. It will be a first most likely but i believe thats the plan... They'll be the same company in a year anyway...

Not heard of any delays in testing but its worth noting that I don't have mine yet. That's not overly concerning just yet but if we get to early June and I don't have mine then I say an August release is more and more unlikely...

I don't know the politics that would be involved in doing this but I really, really hope they include the 3G/4G bands for both AT&T and T-Mobile in the 9900. Historically they haven't done that but with the pending merger it would only make too much sense for customers... which I suppose would also be a reason they don't do it.

How many mbps 4G is it. I know that most phones use 21 while tmobiles network goes up to 42 with only a tablet using it. I expect tmos version to have faster speeds than the at&t.

This is my main concern and until I know for sure I will NOT be changing my device.

I wish I could find the site again that shows the 9900 as having 2 separate SKUs, with the only difference being the 3G band support being 800/850/1900/2100 MHz on one version (best used with AT&T, Rogers, Telus, Bell, Telcel, & Movistar) & 900/1700/2100 MHz (best used with T-Mobile USA, Wind Canada, Mobilicity, and any of the 900 MHz 3G networks in existence outside North America) on the other.

If anyone knows what I'm talking about, it would be nice having it up here.
