H+ is 3G; Bell (like Telus) is branding its 3G HSPA network as 4G.

Other than a few North American carrier handsets, all other 9900's show 3G, and that includes RIM unlocked and unbranded phones.

If it shows anything else (H+/4G), then that's because the carrier that supplied that handset wants it to.

Anyway, whatever it shows, the 9900 is an HSPA+ compatible device so if your carrier supports that... that's what you'll get

Bell branded. Or unbranded, as it were... I bought it from Bell. Running .503 now but there's no difference from the stock .261
