Does it stay lit even when you lock the phone?

You mean stay lit when using the device. If so if the screen and keyboard is lit, the other buttons will do the same.

No John Lester - they stay lit when not in use and after the display and keyboard go dark. Just the buttons to each side of the trackpad stay lit.

I see what you mean. Yes, the four button sometimes stay on when the screen and the keyboard lights dim out. I'd actually like to know if I can somehow turn them off as well.

^I've tried it, and it didn't fix the problem. I think I had the same problem on the Torch 9800 as well when I was using one...

Had the same thing. Only happened when I would press the keylock button while on the phone. Pressed the keylock button because the speakerphone would intermittently activate itself. Had to reboot to get the keys to go dark.
