I realize that the theme builder is not available yet, but does anyone foresee a theme where you can answer or ignore an incoming call by touching the screen? It seems like for a touch screen phone it would be a natural.

The 9900 is not a touch screen device per se. It just has the added bonus of a touch screen. I personally like the hardware buttons for making and answering calls. It prevents a lot of accidents. I don't think I've ever seen a theme with this functionality. I'm not even sure if this is something that could be done, but might be wrong.
