    Try clearing your cache.
    Go to 'my world' hold the right alt key and type r s t.

    Its not the phone because when I log into appworld via the desktop and go to the theme it tells me the same thing that its not available for my 9900

    I have an 9900 on AT&T too, so I thought I would see if I could pull it up for my device and I got the same thing blueyestm did. I couldn't pull it up on the computer while signed in or on the bb either. I don't know if this information helps or not but I thought I would mention it.

    ok this time I went through desktop and looked it up again, logged in and got


    The Item is not available for your Device Model, Device OS, Carrier and Country combination.


    So somethings up somewhere.

    I have a 9900 using OS 7.0 on ATT in the US.

    What part of that's wrong?

    Were you able to get this sorted out? I just checked and it wasn't showing up in app world for me yet. I am also wondering if this theme will work with the AT&T OS 7.576 version? I've noticed some people with that OS are having trouble with some custom themes (themes without panels) and others are not.

    I just had someone check. Works fine for AT&T. What I won't work with is <7.1,

    Ok if it won't work with less than 7.1 then that is why it isn't showing up for me in app world. I am on AT&T's latest OS and it is 7.0 v.576. Thanks for the information.
