You will either have to PM/Email the dev and ask him for a link (@drkapprentice on twitter) or tell him your situation, he will get in touch with MyBBOTA and they will resend the code, (Send him the beginning of your paypal email, before the @) so they know who you are!

I know what you mean. I had a trail of email ++ which a lot of people have been talking about the other day and it was quite useless for me. Same goes for themes or any other apps. I bought a theme awhile ago and only had it running for half a day and deleted it.
