Hey everyone,

I've been on BB's for about 3 years now, and ive owned every 3G bold at some point over that stretch, so its not my first kick at the can. It seems that OS6 is confusing me a little as im trying to change the theme for it, and even after running the .alx file through DM, i still cant seem to fin the option to change the theme in my Berry.

Ive looked it up on the BB site, but all I get for an answer is the same steps i was doing on my own (Options -> Display -> Screen Display and then when I go to the only selectable option, which is that little round sun look-a-like under the Theme line) it only opens up the Home Screen Preferences.

Is there something im missing in OS6 ? I checked the compatibility with the theme and its listed as good for the 9780.

As a side note, I downloaded Theme Studio 5.0 to try and make my own, and it also seems to have issues with the 9780, despite it being listed

At the present time, there are no themes for OS 6 for any devices other than the Torch 9800. A new version of Theme Builder should be available soon. Until then, anyone running OS 6 on any device other than the 9800 cannot use any themes other than the default theme.

Never gonna happen

The new Theme Builder is set for beta release at the end of the month, so not long to wait now...

I have had my 9780 for a few weeks now.
I dropped my 9700 one too many times (7322 is the max number by the way).

I made my own theme(s) for the 9700 and adjusted them over time based on my usage. I like to think I had it ergonomically perfect for me, so getting used to OS6 has been dificult. Using a naked OS5 would probably be cumbersome too! I have given it an honest attempt, but it is just not intuitive for me.

I ALMOST tried to load OS5 on my phone, but I'm glad I decided to check here first!
