Looks more like OS5 with OS6 icons for OS6 devices. Does it still 'smooth scroll' or is it blocky like on OS5?

im unsure what you mean by `blocky` it scrolls just like your device should around the icons, never had any `blocky` scrolling issues with OS5 meself

Are the UI animation in OS6 removed? As in, for example if I open Messages, does it open immediately or with a slight delay/animation?

I wouldn't pay a penny for this theme. Althought it serves the purpose of hiding the UI bar, but definately not worth paying for.
